Every 365 days we get a chance to collectively end a year. The counters are reset and we are ready to face another one.
For many of us, the past year has been a very challenging time. 2022 was a year of extremes, whether business, social or perhaps personal.
We don’t have a crystal ball, so what 2023 has in store we will have to wait together and see. Perhaps “shake well before using” is the best we can suggest for now.
Let us shake our snow globe with you and wish you a prosperous and healthy year ahead.

charity project
By annual tradition, Proviron spends its end-of-year gift budget with charity. This year, we selected a project to keep energy affordable for society’s most vulnerable. In collaboration with the ‘tochtgenoten Hemiksem vzw’, we are funding the purchase of solar panels.
Welzijnsschakel Tochtgenoten from Hemiksem is a non-profit organization that supports more than 120 families in need. Volunteers welcome and guide families at risk of poverty. Every week they distribute food parcels and offer second-hand clothes. To prevent social isolation, they regularly organize activities, which often receive the support of the Hemiksem town council, the OCMW and the “North-South” municipal advisory council.
The current energy crisis puts a heavy strain on the available operating resources of this organization. Proviron jumps into the breach and will provide the buildings with a new solar panel installation.
