BREDENE – On Thursday, January 29, 2026, Wim Michiels presented a check worth 5,000 euros to Angélique Spegelaere of Koninklijk Werk IBIS vzw. Thanks to this donation, the organization Koninklijk Werk IBIS vzw, which is committed to supporting vulnerable children and young people, can organize a personalized birthday celebration for each of them.
For many young people, their birthday is one of the most important moments of the year. This donation significantly increases the budget per child and gives caregivers the opportunity to organize a celebration tailored to the individual needs and wishes of each young person.

Koninklijk Werk IBIS in Bredene has been known for many years for its customized care programs for children. Providing good support to young people is becoming increasingly challenging.
