Within a few moments, you will receive an email containing a PDF file.
This document includes the necessary labels to ensure smooth and correct handling of your sampling procedure.
We recommend printing the PDF on a standard sheet of four label stickers. These labels can then be applied to the sample bottle and the shipping box.
If you have requested a sample kit, it will be shipped to you as soon as possible, including the required labels. In that case, you do not need to print the PDF yourself.

Includes everything in the Standard Analysis, plus:
- Bacteria and Fungi Count – detects biological contamination
- Individual Metal Testing – identifies corrosion activity and metal wear.
This advanced test package delivers the insights needed for targeted maintenance and system optimization.

request your sample analysis online
Start your request by completing the online sample analysis intake form.
If you don’t have suitable sample material, you can easily order the Proviflow Sample Kit (material and shipping costs will be invoiced).
print your labels and collect your sample
After submitting the intake form, you’ll receive an email with all instructions and pre‑filled labels.
If you ordered a sampling kit, it will be delivered as soon as possible.
Once received, you can collect your sample.
easy shipment
Send your sample in a sturdy cardboard shipping box or use the Proviflow Sample Kit for convenient and secure shipment to the Proviflow laboratory.
lab analysis
Our chemists perform a detailed analysis in our in‑house lab.
When required, we also conduct double testing using highly advanced external laboratory facilities to ensure maximum accuracy.
