For the ADF the requalification of the fluid by sending over samples is crucial and mandatory.
Free sampling kits (with sample instructions & labels to stick to the bottles) are offered for free. Besides Proviron offers also free of charge sample service for ADF samples, a sample report with the results, signature and stamp of the samples is provided.
Looking to switch from supplier? Proviron offers free compatibility testing, showing the percentage of leftover from old fluid can be mixed with the new fluid
For the RDF testing samples is also free of charge. Both requalification testing and compatibility are offered by our laboratory.
During each winter season there is a single point of contact who is reachable 24/7. This SPOC manages the Proviron production, supply chain and logistics in order to guarantee a supply at all times. At all times during winter there also is a backup contact available and up to date of all business information. In case the SPOC falls out or is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the aviation industry it is all about visibility and security. Especially for the ADF, to have the right product applied at the right moment. Proviron offers stickers (dimensions:…) to apply on the de-icing vehicles and/or tank storages. The visuals showing the type of fluid and the color. There is also the possibility to scan the QR-code for the operator and to immediately ask questions about the product or place urgent orders.
Proviron has his own weatherman onboard. As accurate planning of production and transportation are crucial in the de-icing business. The key to a successful winter is preparation, by monitoring the weather closely Proviron can handle quick in case of any upcoming winter events. Customers are contacted and asked to check their stock levels to be prepared for a potential winter event.
To have a certain amount of de-icing fluids (Runway and/or Aircraft Fluid) in stock is crucial for an airport. For that reason Proviron offers a full package solution to several customers which gives the option to install a measurement tool monitoring the tank levels. This tool is accessible by the customer and by Proviron which gives the possibility to ensure the supplies of de-icing fluid.
As the winter operation is crucial to keep the airport open. The technical operation can not be underestimated. The handling and application of the de-icing products are very important and must happen in the proper way. For that reason Proviron offers free technical trainings to customers.
