With the ProviAPT photobioreactor, the enthusiastic and resourceful Proviron team has researched and developed an efficient and simple method to grow these minuscule plants. This is done is such a way that their many interesting traits can be fully exploited.  

Presently, Proviron is producing algae on pilot scale and the first sales agreements have been signed. At this time, production is mainly aimed for baby fish feed as well as for scientific research.

In the longer run, the company envisages licensing its reactor technology or selling the reactors themselves to a number of licence holders.
