Responsible care®

"Responsible Care®" initiativeAn important contribution to durable entrepreneurship is our involvement in the chemical industry's voluntary "Responsible Care®" initiative worldwide. We are committed to work for continuous improvement in the fields of health, safety and environmental protection. This commitment to Responsible Care is a confirmation of the Proviron philosophy of sensible and conscientious management, which is continuously passed on to all our employees.

Health, safety and environmental issues are discussed from the beginning of the development stage of a chemical project. Production processes, the handling of raw materials, products and waste material, the recycling and waste disposal are under constant re-evaluation in order to develop and employ a cleaner technology. We work to constantly expand our knowledge of potential impacts on products, production processes and waste on society and the environment.

Proviron provides instruction, education and continuous training for all employees to stimulate their personal sense of responsibility for the environment, and to make them aware of the potential environmental impact of the products we work with. Proviron employees are alert to the danger of environmental pollution and are encouraged to prevent the waste of energy and of raw materials.

Proviron is member of the neighbourhood committees and local industrial organizations, and promotes an open exchange of information.
